200m run (done together)

Partners will split the reps evenly and while one partner is working the other will be holding a plank. i.e. Partner #1 does 3 rope climbs while Partner #2 holds a plank and then they will switch. Partners will run the 200m together and may not start the next run until both partners have returned.
