Banana Nut Paleo Bread w/ Pumpkin

Ingredients

3 cups almond flour

2 teaspoons baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

4 large eggs

2 very ripe bananas, mashed

3 teaspoons vanilla

3 teaspoons vanilla

3 teaspoons cinnamon

1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

1/2 cup pumpkin

 

Cooking Directions

1) Preheat oven to 350°

2) Combine the almond flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl

3) In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut oil and eggs

4) Mix the flour combination into the oil and eggs, and stir until well blended.

5) Add in the mashed bananas, pumpkin, vanilla, cinnamon, and walnuts.

6) Put batter into greased loaf pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

7) Enjoy!
