Partners split the double unders however they want. Each partner must complete 10 rounds. Partners will alternate back and forth between cleans and wall balls.
50 Partner Med Ball Sit-Ups
Each Partner must complete 50 reps. One partner will complete a sit-up then pass the med ball to their partner.
