*This Saturday we will only be holding the 8 am class. Join us on Mission Beach for some fun.*
Come join us for some beach WODs and a cookout potluck. We will be holding this event on Mission Beach near life guard tower 13. The best place to park will be in any of the lots near Belmont Park/The Wave House. Then head over to the beach and walk south a little ways.
Please feel free to bring yard games, swimming clothes, surf boards, boogie boards, etc.
Team CFMG will be providing chicken, burgers, utensils, and some water. Please bring your favorite dish to share.
WODs will be announced at the event, but they will be partner WODs. We will be sure to cater to the non-swimming crown too.
