CrossFit Mission Gorge Foundations Course

If you are joining our gym and have previously trained at another CrossFit Affiliate you do not need to take the Foundations Course, but we do require an email from your old Affiliate stating that you did in fact train there.

If you are new to CrossFit we require you to go through our Foundations Course once you have signed up. This course will familiarize you with the fundamental movements that help make-up CFMG's program. We do offer a Free 1 week pass that you can start at anytime and use for any of our regular CrossFit classes. We like to encourage everyone to use the 1 week pass to make sure CFMG is a good fit for them. *Please know you do NOT need to complete the Foundations Course in order to get started with us.
