New Class Just Released- All Woman's Class every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:45 am
Our CrossFit classes last roughly one hour and will usually consist of a dynamic warm-up, skills practice, the WOD, and a cool-down. Completion of the Foundations Course is required before participating in regularly scheduled classes.
Please use our Mind Body Online system to reserve your spots in classes each week. Most of you, unless it's your first time at CFMG, are already in the system so simply click on the "sign-up" link (upper right-hand side) type in your name under "Is this your first time?", your name should pop up and select "this is me!" to create your account. Thank you.
